The high-capacity F62B forage blower is engineered to quickly center-fill tall silos and make it easy to keep pace with harvesters and wagons. An improved design means vibration and noise are reduced and makes filling your silos less of a chore. And, the F62B is easy to transport and set up.
Proven auger-fed design provides smooth, even delivery, reduces friction and increases power efficiency. Twelve-inch auger is positioned at a 30-degree angle to the blower fan so crop moves quickly right into the blower.
Auger is positioned at the bottom of a 37-inch, large-capacity hopper for smooth, even crop delivery without bridging.
Over-center clutch linkage engages and disengages the auger for less maintenance and longer life.
Hopper extends outward so you can easily position and unload forage wagons with cross conveyors.
Sixty-inch-diameter blower fan moves material fast. Eight fan paddles are connected to and rotate with a back plate so material doesn’t rub against the blower housing.
Fan paddle tip speed of 8,460 feet per minute keeps material moving at speeds of up to 180 tons per hour for corn silage, and up to 110 tons per hour for haylage. Paddles are easily replaced to keep maintenance costs to a minimum.
Hinged blower outlet assembly makes it easy to inspect fan paddles. The entire assembly is easy to remove when paddle maintenance is needed.
Adjustable wheels let you easily raise and lower the F62B for transport and leveling at the silo. The height of the hopper’s rim can be adjusted from 20.5 to 27.5 inches from the ground to accommodate different size forage wagons.
